Stolen / Still Missing / Lost Blue (Gray) Chihuahua with tan and white markings (9 Center Drive. Mahopac NY)

Tito is a 2 year old Blue (Gray) Chihuahua with tan and white markings. He has been missing since July 3rd 2011. He was last seen at our home on 9 Center Drive. He slipped out of his collar but has a Home Again chip in him. We are concerned and miss him very much.
